Brotherly Brawl Ends In Arrest And Life Flight

An Athens man is in custody after being accused of assaulting his brother Wednesday night.

Athens Police arrested Manley Alley and charged him with domestic violence and aggravated robbery.

The victim,Andrew Alley,was taken to O'Bleness Memorial Hospital for his injuries.

He was later flown by Life Flight to a Columbus area hospital.

Manley Alley is being held in the Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail.

He is scheduled to appear in court at 9:30 a.m. Thursday.
