Ohio Men’s Golf Falls Short Against DePaul
< < Back toThe Ohio men’s golf team dropped a close match to DePaul on Saturday, 8.5-6.5. The match was not a typical NCAA match because golfers could score in three different ways: by winning the front nine, back nine, or all eighteen.
Senior Bobcat Bradley Lucas picked up three points on his DePaul opponent by winning all three phases of the match. Junior Andrew Mlynarski picked up 2.5 points, and freshmen Ty Herriott and Peyton Whit both added a half a point for the bobcats.
The Bobcats fell short on their first day of competition in Hilton Head, S.C., but they will stay in the area to compete in the Wexford Plantation Intercollegiate Feb. 17-18.
