Bicycle/Truck Collision Injures 1

An Athens man has been hospitalized following a bicycle/truck collision Sunday morning.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol reported that Craig Nostrant, 59, of Athens suffered incapacitating injuries when he ran into the side of a truck driven by Suzette Hall, 56, of Nelsonville.
The Patrol said Nostrant was riding on the bike path when he failed to yield at the crossing on County Road 4 and hit the right side of Hall’s Nissan Titan.
Nostrant was Med Flighted to Ohio State University Hospital.
Hall was uninjured. Charges are pending against Nostrant.
