Records show that the two inmates who escaped from an Ohio prison along with a convicted school shooter were cell mates.
The records also show that inmates Lindsey Bruce and Clifford Opperud were frequently disciplined for violating prison rules.
The prison records released Tuesday show that Opperud was disciplined in 2011 for being too close to a fence at Oakwood Correctional Facility during recreation.
The reports show Bruce had frequent run-ins with guards and was found guilty of fighting and assaulting another inmate.
The reports also show Bruce had a photo of the skull of the 5-year-old girl he was convicted of killing, in violation of prison rules.
Earlier reports show school shooter T.J. Lane was frequently disciplined.
All three were recaptured within hours of their Sept. 11 escape.
