Ouellette, Yazdani named MAC East Players Of The Week

The MAC announced that freshman running back A.J. Ouellette was the MAC East Offensive Player of the Week, and redshirt junior kicker Josiah Yazdani was the Special Teams Player of the Week.
Ouellette rushed for a career-best 155 yards and two touchdowns on 29 carries, playing a key part in Ohio's offensive attack against the Bulls, which picked up 389 total yards. For the season, Ouellette has ran for a team-high 580 yards and six touchdowns on 117 carries. It is the first such honor for Ouellette.
For Yazdani, this marks the third time this season that he has been named the Special Teams Player of the Week, and the fifth time in his career. Yazdani was three-for-three on his field goal tries, with his longest from 33 yards. For the season, Yazdani has made 16 of his 22 attempts, with his season long from 46 yards.
