Maysville took care of business against West Muskingum during week four, despite losing running back Johnny Runkle. Fortunately for the Panthers, Chase Roberts, Caden Ashcraft, and Chase Himmelspach picked up the slack.

Tri-Valley lost to Zanesville 10-7, but that’s impressive when considering the Blue Devils outscored their previous two opponents 97-0. Cody Collins piled on 124 yards rushing in the loss.
3.) Sheridan 2-2 (2-0) | Last Rank: 3 | Next Opponent: @ Morgan
Offensive line play was key in Sheridan’s monster performance against John Glenn. The Generals piled on 374 total rushing yards, 189 of which came from Deryk Grosse.
4.) New Lexington 2-2 (2-1) | Last Rank: 4 | Next Opponent: Vs. Tri-Valley
The Panthers are allowing only 12.25 points per game and held an explosive Maysville offense to 21 points, Maysville’s season low. However, the defensive unit will have its work cut out for it against Tri-Valley.

Each of Philo’s last two games resulted in 35-0 final scores. During week three, it was a loss to Maysville. During week four, it was a win over River View.

The Ceramics have dropped off since hanging 50 points on Bishop Rosencrans, scoring only 13 points over the past two weeks.

Turnovers and sloppy play did West Muskingum in against the league’s top team in Maysville.
8.) Morgan 0-4 (0-2) | Last Rank: 8 | Next Opponent: Sheridan
Morgan remains winless, but it put up a season-high 27 points against Shenandoah. The five point loss was also its lowest margin of defeat all season.

The Little Muskies are still attempting to establish consistent play.
