Halloween in Athens has come and gone once again, and the WOUB Visuals staff have the pictures to prove it. While it did not rain on the Honey for the Heart Parade, light showers did attend the late night festivities around midnight and countless college-age kids went home cold due to costume choices. Over 70 arrests were made between the Athens and Ohio University Police Departments. As always, thanks for looking, and have a great week!
