Despite taking losses in the past week, the Trimble and Waterford boys remain in the top ten of the AP State Polls.

The teams appear back to back in the poll, with Waterford at No. 9 and Trimble at No. 10.  Waterford has 38 points in the poll, which is only seven ahead of the Tomcats.

The past week Waterford dropped a game to South Gallia Jan. 26. Waterford won the next two games, including the head-to-head game against Trimble. Trimble earned two wins before falling to the Wildcats 64-61 at Waterford.

Each team will have three games in the upcoming week. Waterford and Trimble will not meetup again, barring a playoff matchup.
