OYO, Levi Westfall, Glouster Organ Grinders Set for Sternwheeler Performance Sept. 1

Marietta’s OYO is a six person musical outfit that draws inspiration from American folk, bluegrass, and country infused with rock ‘n’ roll. The band has been around for about two years, having spawned from jam sessions at Just-A-Jar Press in downtown Marietta.
On September 1, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., the band will perform alongside Levi Westfall and the Glouster Organ Grinders in a very uniquely southeastern Ohio venue: on a sternwheeler making it’s way down the Ohio River. WOUB spoke to the band about the upcoming performance, as well as what is going on for the group, in the interview embedded above.
