Nelsonville-York rode their 20-point halftime lead throughout the second half, while also stopping Northwest from making a field goal from around 2:00 left in the first quarter until 5:48 left in the third. The Lady Buckeyes dominated the game overall and pulled out a 49-27 victory.
Ariah Lavy was the main contributor for Nelsonville-York, dropping 18 points. Mackenzie Hurd pitched in 12 points, seven rebounds, and seven assists, while gaining some well needed rest in the process.
