Meigs season comes to a close against 1-seed Sheridan

Chillicothe, OH (WOUB) — The Meigs Marauders we’re coming off the heels of an impressive 73-45 victory against Circleville, when they traveled to Southeastern to take on the Sheridan Generals.
The Marauders looked to maintain that momentum put the flame was quickly snuffed out.
Sheridan opened the contest on a 10-0 run to set the tone in this matchup.
The Generals shot the lights out from 3 to grow their lead every quarter. Sheridan hit 15 threes on 30 attempts for an absurd 50% clip from 3.
The Generals also utilized their size to put rebound the Marauders and generate extra attempts.
Sheridan would coast to a 82-35 victory, spelling the end to a successful season for Meigs.
