Republican Jeffrey Fix earned a position as County Commissioner, with 65.72% of the vote. Democrat Reed Bailey earned 34.28% of the vote.
Voters in Pickerington approved a Pickerington Local School District Tax Levy (2.8 mill/up to 37 years) by a vote of 12,056 to 8,990.
Voters in Walnut Township voted down a Local School District Income Renewal Tax Levy (1.75% for 10 years) by a vote of 897 to 843.
Voters in Rushville approved a Marihuana Ordinance – by a vote of 51 to 33
Voters in Buckeye Lake voted down a Current Expenses Replacement Levy (5 mill/5 years) by a vote of 7 to 0
Voters in Violet Township approved a Senior Citizens Renewal Levy (.2 mill/5 years) by a vote of 13,038 to 6,262.
Voters in Fairfield County approved a Northern Local School District Additional Levy (4.75mill/continuing period of time) by a vote of 43 to 28.
