Mike Neri earned a position as Hamden Village Mayor, with 40.84% of the vote. Lynley Holzapfel earned 31.94% of the vote. Charles Boyer earned 27.23% of the vote.
Frank Hollingshead earned a position as a Hamden Village Council Member, with 34.55% of the vote. Vickie Wiseman also earned a position as a Hamden Village Council Member with 24.58% of the vote. Merrill Sayers earned 21.26% of the vote. Casey Brown earned 19.60% of the vote.
Roy Robinette earned a position as Elk Township Trustee, with 50.76 % of the vote. Audra Wright earned 49.24 % of the vote.
Kimberly G. Gates earned a position as Knox Township Fiscal Officer, with 63.64% of the vote. Tarry L. Hall earned 36.36 % of the vote.
Curtis R. Rinehart earned a position as Richland Township Trustee, with 69.92% of the vote. Glendon Lowe earned 30.08 % of the vote.
Roger Leo Hauck earned a position as a Vinton County Board of Education Member, with 37.14 % of the vote. Mary Hale also earned a position as a Vinton County Board of Education Member, with 29.57% of the vote. Jeri Kendrick earned 18.94% of the vote. Scott Phelps earned 14.35% of the vote

Voters in Vinton Township approved a Garbage Tax Levy – Renewal and Increase by a vote of 86 to 46.
Voters in Jackson Township approved a Maintaining Cemetary Tax Levy – Renewal by a vote of 109 to 80
Voters in Jackson Township approved a Fire and EMS Tax Levy – Renewal by a vote of 125 to 65
Voters in Elk Township approved a Road Repairs Tax Levy – Renewal by a vote of 253 to 134
Voters in Elk Township approved a Cemetary Tax Levy – Renewal by a vote of 596 to 239
Voters in Vinton County approved a Senior Citizens Tax Levy – Renewal by a vote of 2,305 to 1,036

Voters in McArthur Village approved a Police Tax Levy – Renewal by a vote of 313 to 135.
Voters of Hamden Village approved a Current Expenses Tax Levy – Renewal by a vote of 117 to 83.
