WV Gun Bill Passes In Senate
< < Back to wv-gun-bill-passes-senateThe controversial idea of locked cars containing arms in West Virginia will move forward as of Monday.
According to WSAZ, West Virginia House members unanimously approved the bill.
Currently, it is illegal to have firearms on the grounds of the Capitol Complex – even if they're stored in a locked vehicle.
The bill passed 96-0 and only allows guns if a there is a legal conceal carry permit.
The bill will now pass to the state Senate.
