Friday, July 21 marked the 2017 edition of the Lancaster Festival’s annual Artwalk, an event that opens up historic downtown Lancaster for a few nighttime hours of art, live music, and family-friendly fun. WOUB’s Emily Votaw captured a few moments at the event, which featured regional art of all types.
