Here are the 2024 general election results for Meigs County

MEIGS COUNTY, Ohio (WOUB) – According to unofficial results, 69.69 percent of registered voters in Meigs county cast ballots in the 2024 general election.
Voters in the county supported Republican Donald Trump for president with 77.87 percent of the vote, followed by Democrat Kamala Harris with 21.23 percent.
In the race for U.S. Senate, Meigs county voters preferred Republican Bernie Moreno with 77.22 percent of the vote followed by Democrat Sherrod Brown with 24.14 percent.
A majority of Meigs County voters cast ballots against Issue 1 with 68.10 percent of the vote.

Voters in Columbia Township approved a Operating and Maintenance Levy renewal of 0.5 mills for 5 years with a vote of 406 to 261.
Voters in Lebanon Township approved a Fire Protection Levy Additional of 2 mills for 5 years with a vote of 193-181.
Voters in Letart Township approved a Fire Protection Levy Additional of 2 mills for 5 years with a vote of 227-107.
Voters in Olive Township approved a Fire Protection Levy renewal of 1.5 mills for 5 years with a vote of 551-269.
Voters in Orange Township approved a Road Maintenance Levy renewal of 2 mills for 5 years with a vote of 377-223.
Voters in the Village of Middleport approved a Cemetery Maintenance Levy renewal of 0.5 mills for 5 years with a vote of 405-305.
Voters in the Village of Pomeroy approved a Cemetery Maintenance & Operation Levy renewal of 1 mill for 5 years with a vote of 280-191.
Voters in the Village of Pomeroy approved a Current Expenses Levy renewal of 1 mill for 5 years with a vote of 244-228.
Voters in the Village of Pomeroy approved a Fire Protection Levy renewal of 2 mills for 5 years with a vote of 315-157.

Voters in Sutton Township approved a Cemetery Maintenance & Operating Levy addition of .75 mills for 5 years with a vote of 947-617.
Voters in the Eastern Local School District denied an Improvements Bond Issue and Tax Levy with a vote of 1,719-865.
