$1M Bond Set For Accused Morgan Co. Killer

Bond has been set for a Morgan County man charged with murder.
Timmy Stevens, 39, of has been charged in the slaying of John Davis III on June 12 in Morgan County.
A Morgan County Common Pleas judge set Stevens' bond at $1 million on Thursday.
Witnesses say Stevens and Davis were arguing inside a home on North Riverview Road last month when Stevens allegedly pulled a gun and shot Davis in the head.
Both men fled the area in a rental car.
The car was later found in Stockport.
Davis' body was found about a week later.
Stevens is being held in the Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail.
