Two Organizations Eye Carpenter Hall Purchase

Two organizations are in the contract stage of acquiring Carpenter Hall in Athens, Ohio. In a Facebook post published last Tuesday, Integrated Services for Behavioral Health announced it will partner with the Ohio Finance Fund to purchase the building.
