Albany Man Gets 6 Years For Trafficking In Heroin

Athens County Prosecuting Attorney Keller Blackburn said Justin Hutchinson, 26, of Albany was sentenced to a mandatory term of six years in prison.
That sentence is related to offenses involving trafficking in heroin, possession of heroin and theft.
Blackburn said Hutchinson was arrested in January for possession of more than eleven grams of heroin and trafficking in heroin from his home in Albany.
Hutchinson was also found to have stolen multiple TVs and DVD players from the Walmart on East State Street according to Blackburn.
