WSAZ reports that Patterson's attorney requested his bond be set at $100,000, but the judge denied it.
Prosecutors say Patterson helped Miguel Quinones duct tape Hunter after he was murdered at an apartment in Marmet back in September. Hunter's body was found about a month later dumped in Beckley.
