John and Wendy McVicker join Emily Votaw in the studio to discuss ‘Sliced Dark,’ their first collaborative, published work. The book is made up of Wendy’s poems and John’s corresponding visual responses. Wendy reads three of her poems, “Bad Buddhist,” “Things That Are White (Her Last Birthday)”, and “Sliced Dark.”
