An ex-Ohio schools chief is charged with kidnapping 2 kids in W. Va.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (AP) — Police in West Virginia say a former Ohio schools superintendent has been charged with luring two children into his vehicle with money.
William Morrison of Huntington was charged with two felony counts of kidnapping following his arrest last week.
Huntington police say Morrison approached a 9-year-old boy and a 12-year-old girl on Aug. 17 and offered them $20 each to babysit his 4-year-old child.
Morrison is jailed without bond.
He is the former superintendent of the Hamilton Local School District just south of Columbus, Ohio.
In 2017, Morrison pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor drug charge and was later fired.
