Here are the 2024 general election result for Guernsey County

(GUERNSEY County), Ohio (WOUB) – According to unofficial results, 71.27 percent of registered voters in Guernsey County cast ballots in the 2024 general election. 

Voters in the county supported Republican Donald Trump for president with 75.45 percent of the vote, followed by Democrat Kamala Harris with 23.65 percent. 

In the race for U.S. Senate, Guernsey County voters preferred Republican Bernie Moreno with 68.10 percent of the vote followed by Democrat Sherrod Brown with 27.90 percent. 

A majority of Guernsey County voters cast ballots against Issue 1 with 69.23 percent of the vote. 

In the race for County Engineer, Republican Paul E. Sherry received 9,899 votes to win. Democrat Robert C. Heady received 6,411 votes. 

Voters in Fairview Village voted down a current expenses levy renewal of 4.7 mills for five years with a vote of 10-9. 

Voters in Lore City Village approved a fire levy renewal of 3 mills for five years with a vote of 82-33. 

Voters in Pleasant City Village approved a current expenses levy replacement of 2 mills for five years with a vote of 89-49.  

Voters in Quaker City Village approved a street levy renewal of 1.5 mills for five years with a vote of 113-57.  

Voters in Old Washington Village approved a current expenses levy renewal of 4 mills for five years with a vote of 78-32.  

Voters in Senecaville Village approved a street levy renewal of 3.5 mills for five years with a vote of 98-68.  

Voters in Adams Township approved a fire levy renewal of 2.5 mills for five years with a vote of 699-296.  

Voters in Center Township (including a portion of Lore City Village) approved a road levy renewal of 1 mill for five years with a vote of 603-284. 

Voters in Liberty Township approved a current expenses levy renewal of 1 mill for five years with a vote of 304-180.  

Voters in Liberty Township approved a fire levy renewal of 0.5 mills for five years with a vote of 353-131.  

Voters in Oxford Township (excluding Fairview Village) voted down a cemetery levy renewal of 1 mill for five years with a vote of 151-142.  

Voters in Oxford Township (including Fairview Village) approved a fire levy renewal of 1 mill for five years with a vote of 204-107.  

Voters in Spencer Township (excluding Cumberland Village) approved a fire levy renewal of 0.5 mills for five years with a vote of 273-113.  

Voters in Valley Township (including Pleasant City Village) approved a cemetery levy replacement and increase of 1.5 mills for five years with a vote 452-421.  

Voters in Guernsey County approved a Countryview Assisted Living Center operation levy replacement and increase of 1.5 mills for five years with a vote of 9,194-7,253.  

Voters in Guernsey County approved a mental health operation levy renewal of 1 mill for ten years with a vote of 10,405-6,175.  

Voters in Guernsey County approved a senior center services levy renewal and increase of 1.8 mills for five years with a vote of 10,721-5,908.
