Hailey Hrynewich Named Mid-American Conference Women’s Golfer Of The Week

Ohio freshman Hailey Hrynewich was named the Mid-American Conference Women’s Golfer of the Week on Thursday.
Hrynewich’s 218 (+2) three round score in the 2014 Morehead State University Ocala Spring Invitational marks the best individual 54-hole score in Bobcat history. The freshman’s third place finish is the best performance by a Bobcat golfer since Angela Codian placed second at the Dayton Fall Invitational in 2012. Hrynewich's effort led Ohio to its third best 54-hole combined-team score (920; +56) in program history.
The Bobcats return to the green for the 2014 Lady Colonel Classic, held April 4-5 in Richmond, Ky.
