Charles Terry Wiseman was elected Mayor of Hamden Village with 92 votes, beating Michael K. Woodruff who had 81 votes.
Lori J. Hayes was elected Member of Council Hamden Village with 76 votes, beating Bonnie Howell who had 65 votes, Dale A. McManus who had 67 votes and Mike Neri who had 73 votes.
Steven R. Hammond was elected Mayor of McArthur Village with 303 votes, beating Noah Jackson Lilly who had 27 votes.
Matthew Edward Smith was elected Mayor of Wilkesville Village with 24 votes, beating Tracie Barnes who had 12 votes.
Michael Amerine was elected Mayor of Zaleski Village with 51 votes, beating Steve Schmucker who had 11 votes and Jeremy Webb who had 35 votes.
Susan L. Tripp was elected Member of Council Zaleski Village with 64 votes, beating Tosa Broome who had 26 votes and Barbara Deal who had 55 votes.
Mark Seymour was elected Township Trustee for Clinton Township with 255 votes, beating Craig M. Case who had 95 votes and Miles R. Nicholson who had 20 votes.
John L. Knox was elected Township Trustee for Elk Township with 336 votes, beating Donald E. Hamilton who had 238 votes.
William Keith Hagerty was elected Township Fiscal Officer for Elk Township with 236 votes, beating Marlene Allman who had 209 votes and Sharon Case Nickels who had 118 votes.
Kenneth L. Shutts was elected Township Trustee for Knox Township with 98 votes, beating Frank E. Perry who had 72 votes.
Teresa S. Weaver was elected Township Fiscal Officer for Knox Township with 82 votes, beating Faith Harkins who had 80 votes.
Mark S. Peters was elected Township Trustee for Madison Township with 126 votes, beating Michael K. Webb who had 41 votes.
Blaine E. LeMay Jr was elected Township Trustee for Richland Township with 158 votes, beating Virgil Pratt who had 108 votes.
Roger Bentley was elected Township Trustee for Swan Township with 108 votes, beating Scott Sexton who had 98 votes.
Mary Ann Hale was elected Member of Board of Education for Vinton County School District with 1,351 votes, beating Jason Radabaugh who had 1,054 votes and Jeffrey A. Thacker who had 1,003 votes.
Clinton Township’s 2-mill, five year additional cemetery operating levy passed with 111 votes for the tax levy and 85 against.
Elk Township’s 1-mill, five year fire protection and EMS levy passed with 174 votes for the tax levy and 80 against.
McArthur Village’s 2.5-mill, 4 year police protection and EMS levy passed with 219 votes for the tax levy and 120 against.
Madison Township’s 1-mill, 5 year protection and EMS levy passed with 51 votes for the tax levy and 26 against.
Swan Township’s 1-mill, 5 year fire protection levy passed with 144 votes for the tax levy and 60 against.
Swan Township’s 1-mill, 5 year road improvement levy passed with 147 for the tax levy and 57 against.
Zaleski Village’s 4-mill, 5 year fire protection and EMS levy passed with 64 votes for the tax levy and 32 against.
