Athens County Election 2011 Results

 

Wiehl defeated his challenger Randy Morris by a wide margin -- 2,385 to 972 votes.

 

In the 3rd Ward of Athens, it was Michele Papai over R.J. Sumney for City Council.

 

Also, Athens County votes passed a Senior Citizens Service and Facilities Renewal tax levy with over 5,000 votes for the proposal.
