The unofficial 2021 General Election results for Muskingum County

MUSKINGUM COUNTY, Ohio (WOUB) —  The contested races for Muskingum County have been decided, with only 22.18% of registered voters casting their votes. 

There were three winners for Zanesville City Council at large: Ann Gildow with 1,340 votes, Rob Sharrer with 1,192 votes and Joey Pennybaker Osborn with 1,155 votes. 

There were four winners for New Concord Village Council: Stan Taylor with 234 votes, Kristi Kearns with 225 votes, Jim Whitehair with 223 votes and Steven Wootton with 218 votes. 

There were two winners for Brush Creek Township trustee: Ron Fitz with 126 votes and Matthew Evans with 102 votes. 

There were two winners for Highland Township trustee: Ronald Barr Sr. with 120 votes and Randy Morrow with 98 votes. 

There were two winners for Hopewell Township trustee: Jeff Hill with 317 votes and Roger A. Gard with 277 votes. 

There were two winners for Jefferson Township trustee: Jeffrey Garver with 239 votes and Corry Cameron with 155 votes. 

There were two winners for Licking Township trustee: Wayne Kilpatrick with 388 votes and Paul A. Dunfee with 295 votes. 

There were two winners for Madison Township trustee: Kevin Spiker with 46 votes and Ralph W. Carnes with 37 votes.

There were two winners for Meigs Township trustee: Rodney E. Dingey with 40 votes and Stephen Zane Bradley Sr. with 31 votes. 

There were two winners for Muskingum Township trustee: Ed Fell with 558 votes and Michael G. Maniaci with 503 votes. 

There were two winners for Newton Township trustee: Larken Slack with 412 votes and Charles Randy Elson with 401 votes.

There were two winners for Springfield Township Trustee: Jarret Jay Daniels with 582 votes and Mark L. Burrier with 486 votes. 

There were two winners for Wayne Township trustee: Donald G. Alexander with 535 votes and Josh Swingle with 433 votes. 

There were three winners for Licking Valley School Board: Rebecca Clark with 1 vote, Jo Lynn Torbert with 1 vote and Casey Williams with 1 vote. 

There were two winners for Maysville School Board: Dylan Daniels with 980 votes and Matthew S. Wilhite with 953 votes.

There were two winners for Tri Valley School Board: Andrea Frueh Collet with 2,209 votes and Luke Davis with 1,835 votes. 

The Washington Township 2.5 mills fire protection levy renewal passed with 433 votes. 

The Muskingum County 0.5 mill levy renewal for senior citizens services passed with 8,360 votes. 

The Muskingum County additional 0.2 mill levy for parks and recreation passed with 5,966 votes.

The village of Philo 7.25 mills additional levy for road work did not pass with 66 votes against.

The village of South Zanesville 2.5 mill renewal levy for fire protection passed with 172 votes. 

The Cass Township 0.5 mill levy renewal for fire and emergency medical services passed with 224 votes. 

The Clay Township 0.75 mill levy renewal for fire and emergency medical services passed with 96 votes. 

The Jackson Township Fire District 2.5 mills levy renewal passed with 140 votes. 

The Rich Hill Township 0.75 mill levy renewal for fire and emergency medical services passed with 64 votes. 

The Rolling Hill School District 4.25 mills levy did not pass with 2 votes against.
