ATHENS, Ohio (WOUB) – The 2023 Athens Community Music and Arts Festival took place Saturday, August 12 on Union Street, between Congress and Court streets. The entirely free festival included musical performances from Os Mutantes, Guerilla Toss, DANA, and more.
