Coroner: Woman Found Dead In Fire Died Of Natural Causes

Investigators believe a woman found dead during a fire in Circleville last week died of natural causes about the time the fire broke out.
The Circleville Herald reports that 64-year-old Sandra Nunley was pronounced dead after she was discovered unresponsive on the floor of her burning apartment Friday night.
Pickaway County Coroner Dr. John Ellis determined the cause of death to be "acute cardiac event" but was uncertain whether it occurred before or after the fire broke out.
According to Captain Kirk Edgington of the Circleville Fire Department, Nunley was cooking when she became incapacitated.
