Here are the 2024 general election results for Washington County
< < Back to ?p=334544WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ohio (WOUB) – According to unofficial results, 72.02 percent of registered voters in Washington County cast ballots in the 2024 general election.
Voters in the county supported Republican Donald Trump for president with 71.11 percent of the vote, followed by Democrat Kamala Harris with 27.72 percent.
In the race for U.S. Senate, Washington County voters preferred Republican Bernie Moreno with 65.67 percent of the vote followed by Democrat Sherrod Brown with 30.78 percent.
A majority of Washington County voters cast ballots against Issue 1 with 64.44 percent of of the vote.
In the race for Washington County Recorder, Republican Teresa D. Judson received 18,065 votes to win. Democrat Tracey C. Wright received 10,680 votes.
Voters in Village of New Matamoras voted against Current Operating Expenses Levy for an additional 2 mills for 5 years with a vote of 184 – 126.
Voters in Fearing Township passed the Fire & Emergency Medical Services Levy for an additional 1 mills for 5 years with a vote of 369 – 111.
Voters in Grandview Township passed the Fire & Emergency Medical Services Levy for an additional 2 mills for 10 years with a vote of 345 – 316.
Voters in Salem Township passed the Maintain and Operate Cemeteries Levy for an additional 1 mill for 4 years with a vote of 297- 273.
Voters in Wesley Township passed the Maintain and Operate Cemeteries Levy for an additional 1 mill for 4 years with a vote of 246- 158.
Voters in Belpre City School District passed a Emergency Levy renewal 3.18 mill for 10 years with a vote of 2,336- 1,987.
